For Employers

Tech City Stars has been developed in partnership with leading Tech City Companies to deliver a truly relevant technology apprenticeship. Our programme ensures that each employer gets a talented, tech-savvy Londoner that suits their company and contributes to its success.

Tech City Stars is designed for businesses by businesses to introduce talented young people to London’s most exciting junior tech jobs.

The programme runs for year, after which the apprentice usually becomes a permanent employee, although this is not compulsory.

Apprentices work full-time, while attending night school twice a week, and submitting evidence from their work to complete a qualification.

The programme also offers companies a cost-effective opportunity to recruit talented Young People from local communities
